We were approached by the owners who wished to add a single storey extension to their traditional semi-detached property. Our design provided an open plan kitchen-diner and family room and incorporated the existing two storey extension located at the rear of the house. A cantilevered canopy, external lighting and modern flat roof gives a contemporary finish still in keeping with the traditional build of the house.
