An existing semi-detached suburban dwelling which was enlarged and subsequently converted into an HMO comprising six rooms. Each room has an en-suite, fitted furniture, a TV and internet connection for independent living. A communal lounge, kitchen/diner and utility area was created for shared use of all residents and externally there are car parking spaces for two cars, a cycle store and bin store and a large communal garden.
