On the site of a former Navy Club, the owners sought permission to develop 12 apartments. The design was constrained by substantial changes in levels, with the adjoining properties built at different heights and there is also limited parking. We designed a modern residential development with numerous attractive balconies to increase appeal and parking for each apartment.
